I am Jay. Husband to Leigh-Anne. Father to Maddy, Ben and Ella. Toronto is where I was born and lived for most of my 45 years. Now, I live in Edmonton with my family.

I am a blogger and general all-’round web guy. A masher, more than a coder. I like finding stylish Wordpress themes and tweaking them to perfection.

Cooking and eating healthy food is a passion – and a daily duty.

And I can also get very into music, but I am an amateur guitar and blues harmonica player at best.

When I get the time and the weather is right, I like to get on my bike and ride somewhere new – mostly flat terrain with modest hills.

I am committed to living a Jewish life with my family – one that is progressive, egalitarian and pluralistic.

By all accounts, I am a very lucky man, blessed with an abundance of love in my life.
