We wrote this profile back in the fall but I forgot to post it to the blog. It feels a bit strange to be the “Palters of Edmonton” now, but I guess that’s the way it is. The TBO membership chair asked for it and it made sense to do it. We have been to a few events and the people are nice and welcoming. But it’s really one of the hardest parts about having moved. I didn’t realize how comfortable I felt in Temple Emanu-El with the rabbi, the congregants, and my history in and around the area. (Did you read that Helene, we really miss you and the Emanu-El family.) Sigh.
